Synopsis
Present Tense addresses contemporary Brazilian themes from the experience of two characters and the analysis of a researcher expert in the subject.
Throughout the season, the series addresses topics such as the impact of pesticide use, violence against the LGBTQIA+ population, violence against women, structural racism, precarious work, fake news, the importance of Public Healthcare, and demarcation of indigenous lands, among others.
