(Chile y España)
Maximiliano González | Documentary
2022 | 49 minutes | Spain
Isaac and Nora travel to Chile and explore its rich musical traditions, including la cueca. They travel back to Madrid where they close the tour at the Teatro Circo Price.
Synopsis
Isaac and Nora visit Santiago, Chile, which feels more European than other Latin American cities to them. There, they meet Manuel García and explore well-known musical figures like Violeta Parra. They visit her house and get inspired by her legacy and songs. They perform at a concert alongside Manuel García, playing some of Violeta Parra’s most famous songs.
To conclude, the siblings and their parents then travel back to Spain and straight to Madrid. It makes sense for them to end their tour there as it’s their favorite city. They sing alongside singer Rozalén in the studio and then offer their final tour performance at Teatro Circo Price in Madrid, with songs such as “Gracias a la vida”, by Violeta Parra, among many other great and iconic Latin American songs.
