Synopsis
Set in a post-apocalyptic Chile, Where the Sky Touches the Earth follows a nomadic community of women who have survived by escaping the threatening cities decades after a solar eclipse that changed the world.
Lorna, the only member of the group without a facial mark, is driven by a powerful desire to uncover the truth about the reality around her. As she discovers hidden secrets about the world and the oppressive state that hunts the marked, the possibility of finding her kidnapped mother becomes real.
The film is a striking tale of identity, resistance, matriarchy, and the pursuit of freedom in a dystopian society.
